Sport Performance - Group or Individual training which focuses on using proper body mechanics for all sports. We work on developing five core biomotor abilities composing all sport skills, which include strength, endurance, speed, coordination and flexibility. 

Nutrition -  Youths and Adults, while you may already know it is important to eat a healthy diet, this class teaches you proper food combinations, how to eat to burn fat and to build muscle and how to chose foods that will yield top performance. For sedentary lifestyle, moderately active and athletes.  Start off strong: learn how to Cleanse, Balance and Build    
      


Massage - Education on the benefits of massage, techniques and proper etiquette used..... 

Youth Sports Visualization - Most athletes and coaches recognize that physical development alone is no guarantee of success in athletics.  Psychological preparation is as important as physical conditioning.  Sports Visualization focuses on understanding the importance of the mind body connection.
